As a contribution to the 'European Week for the reduction waste 20 to 28 November 2010, our gas has prepared a small cookbook for re-use of leftovers in the kitchen.

This work, however small, is very important because it is the result of a synergy within the GAS reflecting the active willingness to 'work together'.
